The 2018 Science Atlantic Psychology Conference was held May 8-9 at Dalhousie University, Halifax Nova Scotia. On February 15, the Honourable Navdeep Bains Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development announced that the Government of Canada is investing up to $950 million in the Innovation Superclusters Initiative. There will be a Software Carpentry workshop following the 2018 Aquaculture and Fisheries and Biology Conference, March 12-13, at Memorial University. All are welcome. Software Carpentry aims to help researchers get their work done in less time by teaching basic research computing skills. Registration is due to open soon. See
