Jasmine Golf

Communications and Creative Content Coordinator

 

Jasmine is a recent graduate (2015) of Dalhousie University’s Bachelor of Commerce program with a major in Marketing Management.  Previously, she studied art and design in the Bealart program in London, ON.  During two previous co-op placements at Science Atlantic, Jasmine created our 2013-14 Annual Report, video presentation, as well as other materials.

Patty King

AFRED Program Manager

 

As the president of PMD Services – Project Management and Development Inc., Patty specializes in the development of strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.  Her work has included developing and managing collaborative research projects; developing and delivering training programs; working with boards, committees and working groups; and event management and conference services for gatherings of up to 250 people.  Patty has over 20 years of senior management experience, including developing and leading the Fishermen and Scientists Research Society, internationally renowned for its effective collaboration between fishermen and scientists.

 

She will be managing all non-technical aspects of developing AFRED.  Please contact Patty with any questions or suggestions you have.

Prasad Rajandran
AFRED Software Developer

 

As an Acadia University Co-op student, Prasad developed AFRED 1.0 in 2013 and began the development of AFRED 2.0 in 2014.  With this foundation, he will support Patty in analysing the expanded role that AFRED will play in establishing industry-academic collaborations in the region, and will define and implement the technical aspects of the database to meet these goals.  Prasad has also worked on projects for Frostbyte Interactive, a software startup in Wolfville, NS.
