Mathematics and Statistics and Computer Science Conference 2021

Registration and abstract submission is now open!

The Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science Conference (MSCS) 2021 will be hosted virtually by St. Francis Xavier University (STFX), October 22-24  via Zoom.

This event will feature:

  • Two competitions (mathematics and computer science) – Saturday morning
  • Undergraduate student research presentations – Saturday afternoon 
  • The Blundon lecture, the Field lecture, and the Sedgewick lecture – Sunday morning
  • Graduate student research talks – Sunday morning
  • Award ceremony – Sunday morning

Keynote Speakers:

  • Dr. Caroline Colijn – Blundon Lecture
  • Dr. Benjamin Haibe-Kains – Sedgwick Lecture
  • Dr. Luke Bourne – Fields Lecture
  • Dr. Nithum Thain – Industry Lecture
