This past fall, the Science Atlantic Board and staff undertook the task of completing a comprehensive policy project. Our organization’s policies apply to all Science Atlantic member institutions, individual members, and activities. We are particularly excited about one of our new policies: the Student Support Philosophy, which outlines our commitment to being an inclusive and welcoming organization.
As part of upholding that policy we are pleased to announce our Statement of Inclusivity that will be signed by Science Atlantic and all future host institution before each conferences. Much thought and revision has been put into this statement, we are driven to uphold its mandate every day.
