About
Held each November, the Annual Members Meeting brings together the leaders of Science Atlantic to develop the organization’s strategic direction, share updates, hear from guest speakers, and and connect with each other. Participation is open to Institutional Representatives (Deans or equivalent), Division and Action Committee Chairs, and Board members; as well, some sessions will be live streamed for all who are interested.

The hotel is located downtown with a number of restaurants and activities (Avenir Centre and Capitol Theatre) within walking distance. The UdeM campus is only 2.3 km away.
Meeting Schedule
The Science Atlantic meetings November 24 and 25 will be held at the Rémi-Rossignol Pavilion, rooms R113, B103 and B115.
For the Rémi-Rossignol Pavilion, the closest parking available is at P3. If lot is full, additional parking is also available at P4 and P2.

Annual Members Meeting: History of Science Atlantic
Join Dr. Alyre Chiasson and students Amelia St. John and Megan Krempa as they guide attendees through a brief history of Science Atlantic, focusing on stories that connect the past and present, and feature histories that have fallen through the cracks.

Dr Maria Pawlowska is an expert in research management with a focus on scientific data management and open science.
