Welcome Our Newest Staff!

Science Atlantic is excited to announce the arrival of our new and returning staff members for the Summer 2026 season!

Alexa Wilcox

Digital Communications Assistant

Alexa is returning to Science Atlantic this summer as a Digital Communications Assistant. She is looking forward to building on the skills that she began developing when she completed a co-op placement here in 2024. This year, she will be assisting with the newsletter, the Yearbook, the Annual Report, and other communications tasks. Alexa just recently finished her BA in Honours English at Acadia University and will be starting her MA in English at Dalhousie University in the fall.

In her spare time, Alexa enjoys sewing, playing cozy games, and obsessing over whichever piece of fiction has currently piqued her interest.
