The 2023 Science Atlantic Environment Conference (SAEC) will be held on March 25, hosted by Memorial University of Newfoundland, Grenfell Campus. The fully virtual conference is open to all students and faculty working in fields related to both environmental science and environmental studies. The conference will include oral and poster student presentations and a keynote address by Dr. Russell Wyeth, St. Francis Xavier University, entitled Foolish Goal or Foul-less Gold: Low Toxicity Antifouling in Marine Environments.
Undergraduate and graduate students from any Atlantic Canadian university are invited to submit an abstract until Saturday, March 11, at 11:00 pm AST. Registration for the conference closes on Wednesday, March 15, at 4:30 pm AST.
