Financial Assistance for GSU2025

If you would love to attend the GSU 2025 Annual Conference but the ticket cost is a barrier, GSU would like to support you! This form is designed to assess financial need and prioritize students who could benefit from leftover funding for ticket reimbursement. Please note the following:

  • Filling out this form does not guarantee reimbursement.
  • Students will need to purchase their own ticket upfront. If funds remain after the conference, students with demonstrated financial need may receive reimbursement.
  • Please note that only the ticket cost will be reimbursed, any additional costs like food/travel are the student’s responsibility.
  • Professors sponsoring students will share a code with their classes.

Please complete the form honestly and briefly explain your circumstances in the final question. This will help GSU to allocate any leftover funds fairly.
