  • Advertise conference details (i.e. location, dates, etc.) through various communication channels including, our Twitter page, our monthly newsletters and our annual conference poster
  • Inform each dean of upcoming conference on campus
  • Announce award winners on Science Atlantic’s awards page, twitter page and newsletter
  • Post conference photos on Science Atlantic’s Flickr account

  • Prior to: review draft budget, issue float from committee specific Holding Account if requested (
  • Prior to: PayPal registration refunds
  • After conference: review final financial reports
  • After conference: PayPal reconciliation and transfer of PayPal income
  • Provide weekly registration, abstract and PayPal updates
  • After conference: issue award cheques and letters of commendation
