Whether you are a professor looking for an industry collaborator, a company in need of research expertise, or a student interested in industrial R&D, we can help.

What the NSERC Atlantic Regional Office can do for you

  • help you identify potential R&D partners in the region and across Canada
  • assist and provide financial support to universities, colleges and other organizations to organize meetings and events that encourage academic-industrial collaboration

Our mandate is to focus on NSERC’s goal to connect and apply the strengths of the academic research system to build prosperity for Canada. Regional offices will:

  • build awareness within the private sector
  • increase the number of academic-industry partnerships
  • increase the participation in NSERC’s research partnerships and industrial scholarships programs
