Welcome back!
After having celebrated our 60th anniversary, Science Atlantic is looking to the future. As always, we aim to enhance the experience of post-secondary science students and those who teach them in Atlantic Canada through the conferences, programming, and resources we provide.
At this critical juncture in history, scientists and individuals familiar with scientific approaches and ideas are crucial to understanding and addressing changing realities such as the consequences of climate change, or the emergence of powerful artificial intelligence, etc. I believe that institutions and the individuals who comprise Science Atlantic have an important role to play in advancing scientific education and impact in our region.
Science Atlantic is a member-driven organization that relies upon its member institutions and volunteers to be able to provide the resources and programming we do. We sincerely appreciate the continued support of our membership and we will continue to strive to improve the experience of individuals learning, teaching, and communicating science.
All the best,
Chuck
