About
The Environment Committee provides a forum for faculty and students working within the transdisciplinary area of the environment to discuss common interests, to explore the coordination of courses, curricula and field programs, to meet in conferences, and to engage in public education activities.
The Committee works to promote diverse approaches to environmental studies in public schools and universities. The major tool which the Committee uses to achieve this end is through the Science Atlantic Environment Conference, open to all students studying in the environmental sciences in Atlantic Canada.
